Allure Fitness pole dancing class is very well done. At the first class, I was nervous and found it a very comfortable and welcoming environment. The instructor does a fantastic job with warm up stretches and muscle toning exercises that relate to the types of movement required for the dancing. She is also encouraging and ready to jump in and correct to make sure moves are being done both correctly as well as visually appealing.
