Bring a yoga mat, water, towel, I may invest in a headband. Some peeps had spray bottle with water and tea tree oil in it.

Make sure to check out (online) the different classes that they offer...especially if you are a beginner! So far I have been to 3 different classes and I'm excited to try more.
