The office staff were very helpful and gave me good information on all of the procedures. I was happily surprised to see that Dr. Stafford did the IPL procedure himself. Generally, I've had it done by a nurse. He was also very thorough in both the procedure and in offering me ideas on other procedures I might need. The procedure was only done yesterday, so not yet sure on the results.
