About Sunset Stand Up Paddle

At certified instructor Erin O’Malley yoga studio, has been an adventurer from a young age. By the time she was 20 she had already competed internationally for the US Snowboard Team and scaled many shear, granite faces in the majestic landscape of Yosemite. From those younger years in the mountains, her focus turned to yoga. She now has one of the top national certifications through Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 500. Erin has over 10 years of teaching experience and has now turned her focus to bringing the practice of yoga and challenge of fitness out into nature, in the biggest way.

Truly everything becomes magnified on a paddleboard. The most simple of actions and postures change into a full-awareness endeavor to stay in balance and on the board. It’s not just the challenge that is engaging, it’s the fun too! We know that with our growing spectrum of offerings, we will find something that calls to you!
