It did not work for me as it just was not what I expected regarding a workout facility and how the workouts are organized. I guess it works well for others with different expectations.

For the mississaga location on Millcreek they need to clean the equipment. I would like somebody there with the group in order to correct our mistake I dont want to have any injury.

I think a few more tapes of music with the 30 second intervals so it is not always the same background music.

I would love to continue only if such deals are offered as cannot afford full monthly fee but definately a great place to workout. I go to millcreek, Mississauga location.
