Great service!

Very friendly service but not sure if it's worth to spend extra money on other services because I don't know if they really did the extra service (ie Wax/polish)

Extra fee for carpet salt cleaning and shampooing seats but worth it

None. They were up front and I was pleased with the result.

Call Detail Auto first before purchasing the deal to make sure what services are covered and what services you need to pay for and how much.

Had to pay extra 75.00 for salt stain removal on carpet, leather treatment and taxes and gratuity. Otherwise,did a great job. Remind them not to run fan without engine running to dry the carpet. My battery went dead and they gave me a boost. All is OK now.

Be prepared to pay an additional amount for shampooing of upholstery and salt stains on rugs, as wel as tax and tip. That was an additional $50 but they did a good job.

I would not recommend nor go back to this place. Tried to charge extra for "salt" damage.. which was a tiny bit of salt on the mat. I told them not to bother that I could live with the "salt". The interior cloth didn't look any cleaner than when i'd dropped it off. They vacuumed and used a wet rag to wipe the cloth interior. Cup holders were filthy. Car is under a year old and once I got it home ,I re-cleaned the car myself and it looked better. I read the reviews on yelp, sadly after I had this experience, but i can tell you they are bang on.

They did very good job and people are respectful !

They did a good job,but was not as great a deal-it was an extra $80.00 for my van.
