The estiticians need to work on their "bedside mannor". The partial wall seperating the two rooms should be a complete wall to allow for privacy of the customers.

The customer service was terrible, immature and very dismissive. They were just interested in getting money from you and had no desire to want to make the experience a comfortable one. I will not go back.

Don't change the fine print of the deal once the customers have purchased (or in my case, already redeemed for the first session) their vouchers! The sudden appearance of " a $50 administration fee per session" that isn't mentioned on the voucher/deal fine print is, at best, poor judgement on your part, and at worse, smacks of a business trying to bamboozle the very same potential customers they enticed to partake of their services in the first place. It's just wrong.
