Was very pleased with the service. Time was taken to explain things, the procedure and what to expect after. Would recommend to others.

I had my marionette lines 'filled'. However, the lines were not evenly done. I also have a very bad bruise on my left side that makeup doesn't even hide. The 'cool' plastic lip to freeze, was quite ineffective at freezing. I did find the injections painful, although the brochure makes it sound virtually painfree. For the money, I do not feel that I got good value, even with the coupon. I want to look even on both sides.

I didn'tfeel confident with the services they provided. I questioned whether the doctor on staff was really a medical doctor.
