This place has great instructors. Not my first pole fitness class, but I really loved this place!

Great classes, instructors are very knowledgeable and energetic. Do not put lotion on less than 12 hours before a pole class! You will slide all over the place and potentially hurt yourself.

The instructor "Milkshake" was friendly patient. Her teaching technique was awesome. After leaving there I feel way more sexier than when I went in! Thank You
