It was disconcerting when they were speaking a foreign language while doing the pedicure/manicure. It felt like they were talking about the customers even if they weren't.

The staff was not friendly...had to wait for my service for over 15 minutes and there was no seating or waiting area. Not a relaxing day spa experience.

The staff was very unprofessional. The girl giving my facial let me sit for 10 minutes with stuff on my face while she texted. The last time i had a facial there, i was given a neck/arm massage during that time. She also did my manicure, but did not even fully remove my previous polish.
The girl who did the pedicure was better, but was still stopping to be on her cellphone. What should have taken 90 minutes took 2 1/2 hrs.
