My appointment for the treatment isn't until the middle of January...so if you want to check back then... But, calling almost a year after the purchase, starting my 5 treatments just before the expiration, etc was no problem. They were very accomodating and didn't question anything. I had a treatment from them many years ago which went really well. I'm expecting the same results this time.
