The technician was great, everywhere else that I have went to has charged me a lot extra for my 'special' filter, this place did not. Awesome service, I was in and out of there in a very timely manner and the customer service was great!!!!

Took a little over an hour to complete oil change and tire rotation, as well as checking fluids, etc. (This was with an appointment) They charged an extra $25 for the tire rotation due to my car being an SUV. I had not ever encountered an extra charge for this at other places I have been, but they were up front about it which is always appreciated.

I was able to walk-in and they helped me! I was in and out-whole thing took a little under an hour. Great customer service from Tou (sp?). Car is running much smoother. I'll go back.
