I'd recommend calling to make a reservation. It was very busy when we went. There was a very young girl scout troop there (along with moms and younger siblings - babies and toddlers). There was only one employee there to help everyone. It was very hectic and not a relaxing atmosphere at all until the group left and things settled down. In the end, my kids had a good time.

They were very helpful in teaching us new techniques for the pieces we picked out. One of the employees took the time to help explain everything. We had a great time! Highly recommend it!!
