Last class I attended was super full. I was there 15 min before class and a lot of people got there late. I didn't find it fair that I had to share a punching bag with someone in order to make space for the late people. That's why I was there early!>(

The kickboxing class was very high energy, and I got a good workout. The trainer was very good about checking and correcting technique. I look forward to returning for more classes!

They don't explain the movements. Movements are the same every class. Not a variety. Good but boring workout.
