The gals who greeted me at the Curves in Mint Hill made me feel like I was part of their family the minute I walked into the door. Such a pleasant experience. Jeanette & Kim are so upbeat & encouraging that they will be the main reason that I keep going back !!

If you really are serious about getting in shape JOIN. You will get lots of support and a plan that's working. I've only been there a week so far, but I LOVE IT!! Join the Zumba class, it rocks!
