About Happy Hills Farm

Happy Hills Alpaca Farm celebrates all aspects of the furry alpaca, from its fleece to its general cuteness. The farm serves as a one-stop shop for people looking to purchase alpacas, pick up hypoallergenic alpaca-fleece socks or scarves, or simply watch and feed the animals. The farm holds regular events to better acquaint the public with these useful creatures, whose warm, soft, and durable coats form the basis of jewelry and clothing including baby products. Tours provide a close-up view of the alpacas and the fleece-spinning process, so visitors can learn more about sustainable farming.

Hosts were cordial and friendly; made you feel welcome. The alpacas are so sweet, unforunately they are a bit timid but everyone is advised of that in advance, just wish you could love on them more. Santa and Mrs. Claus were there. My grandson was fascinated. Fun time had by all and my grandson was sad when it was time to go. Thank you.

It is a small family run backyard farm. Being in the middle of a herd of animals, one wouldn't normally meet anywhere near, was quite an experience. Learning about those animals, while they were nuzzling you for more food was fun and then being able to buy produce from those very animals - even wool with the name of the animal on the paper strip around it, was really awesome. I definitely plan on going back, as the wool is almost gone and I will need more for very special presents.

Would probably just do farm tour and eliminate lunch in order to charge a little less.

Happy Hills Alpaca Farm is great, the people there were very informative and care a lot about the alpacas. There is also a lot of hands on interaction with the alpacas. You will get to pet and feed them, as well as have the opportunity to take a pictures with them. A great place and definitely want to go back! :)

We enjoyed the change from Charlotte and felt very welcome at the farm. Although it would be impossible for us, we'd love to have a few alpacas as pets; they're beautiful and sweet animals!
