The staff is very professional and friendly. The classes can be adapted to your ability. The Anatomy 201 workouts are tough and change for each day.

This place is great! It's been a long time since I've worked out, and the trainers have been great, helping me figure out the workouts and modifying them as necessary. The workouts are challenging, but you work up an (enjoyable) sweat! The workouts are constantly changing, so you don't get bored of repeats. I'll be signing up as a member now. Highly recommend
