I love the salsa Aerobics (adult class) with Maria! Great music selection and nice dance moves. It's fun and a great workout.

All the teachers here make the class fun whether you have danced professionally or are just starting, no judgements, juse a love of dance.

This performing arts school is a true professional dance institution. There are great open ballet classes for adults taught by professional ballet dancers, as well as many other great classes!

this week I did the power stretch also. left feeling good.

Warm and friendly staff; the dance class I took was the adult modern on Saturday At 11 AM - great class with Ms. Miller!!!

I took my first class last night, Floor Barre, and it was great!!! I left feeling loose and relaxed. The instructor, Sharon Miller, was a pleasure to meet and to be instructed by.
