The recent resurgence of the workout video stems from popular titles such as P90X and Insanity, both of which promise a transformed body in exchange for sweat and hard work. Although few question the videos' ability to create results—they often do when performed regularly—it can be difficult to stay motivated when you're exercising alone in front of the TV.

ACE-certified group fitness instructor Nikki Reed, who is certified to teach P90X and Insanity, decided to do something about that dilemma. As a military spouse, she understands the importance of the fitness among the military community which is why she founded Fit Military Wife LLC, which offers 30-minute Insanity classes for all fitness levels. With her upbeat and welcoming personality, she motivates students through these high-energy Insanity workouts.
