This is my first experience with Pilates. My motivation was rehab following shoulder surgery. I've only attended 1 session which was fantastic, and I plan to continue. I highly recommend it.

I took a class using the Pilates reformer machine and am very happy with the instructor and the way the class was taught. I had been curious to use this machine and the class was exactly what I wanted.

Maddy, the trainer, is delightful. She knows what she is doing and is eager to motivate. Today I will be going to my 7th session, and I have to say, I am so much more stronger than before. Pilates helps to strengthen the core quickly and effectively. I would recommend Harmony Body Kinetics to everyone.
