About DNA Sports Center

Roadrunner may be an iconic cartoon, but at DNA Sports' Center Speed School, the trainers probably wouldn't laugh at his antics. For them, speed is no joke. It's essential to success in any sport, and they help athletes age 7 through adult hone it with explosive custom workouts, set in a 14,000-square-foot training facility.

In the same facility—home to an indoor turf field, rowing machines, and fitness sleds—the trainers host other types of workouts, too. They coach athletes in specific sports, for instance, ranging from football to softball. They also lead calorie-torching boot-camp classes for adults, which tone the entire body more effectively than doing jumping jacks for 24 hours.
