I think it would be helpful if Beth made a point to talk a little bit about what she is doing and how it is helpful as she works on each area (assuming that she asks the client in advance if that is something they would like her to do.

Beth had a great caring quality and "listened" with her hands to my problem spots. I was having many TMJ problems and since I received her wonderful massage I've not had a single symptom in that area. Beth is a very soothing influence and her healing touch is great.
