I got the Keratin Treatment, it was wonderful. My hair is soft and straight. The staff was friendly, very helpful and made recommendations on how to help my hair.

Horrible. The owner told me that she did extra work but literally this is what a Brazilian is. It involves around the anus, around the external genitals, and whatever shape you want for the public bone. Her hands were not light. I know a Brazilian wax hurts in general and I’ve gotten them before but she made it hurt extra. She wanted me to give her an extra $20. That’s not how it works.
