It's a great place. I'm a beginner starting yoga. I have found the staff to be helpful, and the instructors lead excellent classes. I recommend Ahlara for anyone who thinks that they might be interested in yoga.

Nice studio, friendly staff, took a gentle yoga class and it was good for a class to step back into yoga. Slower flow and instructor was good about helping you get in the correct pose.

The place is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is sooo welcoming! I enjoyed Melissa's gentle flow yoga class 💜

Great staff and teachers. Been there for massages and yoga. Not as inexpensive as the massage franchises out there, but a better experience and they frequently run specials.
