This is not your typical 'boutique' spa. It has a more professional feel to it. Hana, the clinician who gave the facial (actually it was microdermabrasion) explained each step thoroughly and gave follow-up instructions that did NOT include a hard-sell of their skin care products. Yes, they do sell them and they appear to be worthwhile. I will definitely return (and have already scheduled my next appointment!).

Hana was very informative, I have not had many facials but the one from Hana is the best.
