Prompt and thorough service. Excellent job.

Hard sell. Can not get an appointment for months. Once I use the coupon will not use them in the future. I will be doing a significant re-model in two months which will require major roofing work. Based on my call to set up the appointment I would not consider them for the larger project.

We have not been able to schedule our appointment yet. We have talked to them and left messages, but have been unable to get an appointment. Very frustrating as we paid our money months ago.

Didn't show up as scheduled and had to make many additional calls to arrange appointment. Spot on Roofers called and said they were on their way with no advance communication. Very unprofessional.

some communication breakdowns between the front office staff and the inspector; have been trying for weeks to get the job scheduled and they haven't followed thru on multiple promises to contact me.

I. Have waiting for a follow up report for 10 days but no contact.

I had to call 3 times requesting an appointment with the business before I received a call back. The business phone number goes to a call center of sorts, so all they are able to do is take down your information and forward it to the company. When I finally received a call back I was told that a technician would probably contact me within the next 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Here it is going on 72 hours later and have not heard anything from anybody! Don't tell me something and not follow through, if you are really busy and have a long wait to schedule appointments let me know, stop jerking us around.
