Great location and Class times, childcare included, experienced trainers that offer customized classes and individualized support on meal planning and supplements, customer loyalty benefits and a community of positive Goal setting with women supporting other women.My daughter looks forward to the play room keeps me accountable and her happy!! Improved health and lifestyle is the focus and losing weight is one of the perks!! Highly recommended!

Fit 4 Life is the place to be! 30 minutes of intense exercise and you're done! Fitness Trainers are motivational, caring, and know you by name! Nutritional advice works! The business is all about relationship building!Friends are made There is a monthly group social activity, as well as a monthly charity relationship! The gym is welcoming! The staff are awesome!

To really take advantage of the program you really need to be ready to make a commitment to get to the classes. Unfortunately I travel a lot for work and wasn't able to get there more than 1-2 per week. The staff is super friendly and encouraging.

This is a great facility. Make sure to bring water!
