Service was very slow due to having only 1 server. Those were the best chicken wings ever & we loved the french fries!

Cragnacker's hands down, has the best wings in Nashville. I am originally from Buffalo, so I am really picky on my chicken wings. Also, I don't usually like it when places try to make their own wing sauce( Franks Hot sauce is Traditional), but their homemade wing sauce is phenomenal. I like them hot, but if you are sensitive to really spicy things, the medium are perfect! If you don't live in Hermitage, it is worth it to come out for the wings and always great drink prices :)

We had the worst food I have ever had anywhere and I thought I had some pretty bad stuff in China. I can't remember having a worse meal or service anywhere. We must have sat there at least 10-15 minutes while the waitress walked by us and looked at us like we were aliends. The bartender finally came over. We ordered burgers and onion rings. It took longer than it should have to cook the food, which we could have lived with because I wanted to hang out and drink beer anyway; but, when it came out, it was cold, not just a bit room temperature/warm, but cold, so it had been sitting around in the kitchen. We told the waitress when she finally came back around and she just picked up our plates and walked off. We saw her make several trips to the section with the pool tables- this was while we were waiting on our food- she didn't have drinks in her hands most of the trips; she looked like she was walking back there to talk to the clientele and socialize. She was also socializing with the guys 2 tables down from us while our food was dying in the window. She should have been checking on our food. I forgot to mention that I am a VERY big tipper (at least 20% and up for merely decent service). She doesn't realize how much money she cheated herself out of that night by not giving it the minimal effort.- nothing special or demanding about what we asked for. We wanted to stay for karaoke, but we were so put out by that time, we left. And, yes, you can tell Cragnacker's that, on the average, a dissatisfied customer tells 9 people on the average and those 9 tell another 9 and so on....get the picture? Next time, we'll spend our money across the street at their competition that has opened, The Tennessee bar (?). And, I have LOTS of disposable income and many friends to bring to karaoke to eat, sing, drink and spend a bundle. But, I won't be doing it there. I'll take my American Express card elsewhere.

The service and food terrible

We used to go there on mondays for MNF & our date night, and I used to crave your bacon cheeseburger & fries; however the last time we went I was highly disappointed. The burger tasted like a premade frozen patty that was overcooked with hardly any bacon & the fries were a different cut & were soggy. Not at all what I was craving. The wings were still good but overall I would not go back nor would I recommend it to my friends like I have done before.
