I have never had as many compliments on my hair ever!! Awesome job

I don't want to be mean, but I have to be honest: The Silver Image salon was filthy. There were piles of dust and hair in the corners and between the (empty) stations. I could forgive dirtiness if the service was good but unfortunately the service was just subpar. After a cut, all-over color, deep conditioning and blowout, my hair ended up looking okay but I know it could have looked better. When I pointed out to the stylist what she did wrong/what she could fix, she became defensive and tried to blame my hair instead of just admitting her wrongdoing. I pointed out a large dye stain right on the front of my forehead and she ignored it. It got really awkward so I just left. I wanted to cry. I used peroxide when I got home to remove all the excess dye from my forehead and in/around my ears. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I'm not one of these fussy women that expects perfection but I do expect to get my money's worth, and that just didn't happen here.
