The shop has a very homey and friendly atmosphere, however, the service was terrible and didn't appear to be a priority. There was barely any food stock for customers to purchase and since it is a bagel shop, it's necessary to keep business. The menu sounded like there were so many sandwiches to choose from, but without any ingredients, it's not possible. The first time I went to the shop, it was closed and there was a note saying that the person went for a delivery, but would be back momentarily. That was a total lie and the person never came back. There were multiple customers waiting outside. I was very disappointed and it's a terrible way to conduct business.

wanted 2 paninis...they only had a few bagels and a bialy,didn't have any chips and a only offered a choice of a can of A&P ginger ale or water. the roast beef on the bagel had 2 slices of roast beef. they rang up the tax fast enough without offering a substitute for the chips. a total and complete rip-off. and the lady there was rude to my wife. they won't be in business long the way they treat customers.

you only gave me 5 bagels, a dollop each of butter and cream cheese, and 6 tea bags of the weirdest tea flavors ever. Kim was rude to me when I pointed out she gave me bagel flavors I didn't ask for. She put them in the bag and sent me on my way. When I looked in the bag outside it was clear I didnt get what I had asked for. When I went back inside she said "that's all I have, everything else is hard, it's from yesterday". I replied that she didn't tell me that when I placed my order... she just handed me the bag as if what I ordered were inside. She was very rude. If you want to stay in business, you need to actually have bagels to sell and deliver your product with good service and a smile. I will not be back and won't recommend your shop to anyone.

They were out of almost anything needed to make a sandwich.
