I had a great experience at this salon, and with Chris as my stylist. I have never colored my hair before and was a bit nervous about the process. I wanted something that looked natural. Chris totally listened to me, how I wear my hair etc. He took the time to explain each step, he matched my natural color PERFECTLY ( i was trying to cover the greys) and even gave me tips on what to do at home. In addition to Chris, everyone else was very welcoming as well. Overall a great experience
