The yoga class was excellent and it was a good workout as well as relaxing. The yoga room is really nice.

The Zen Strength class with Bodhi is excellent.

There is a wide variety of styles of yoga and top-notch instructors. Highly recommended!

love the studio, however the change rooms are very small

Limit the number of people in a class as sometimes they are too crowded to allow proper movement.

I wish there were more vinyassa classes offered later in the evenings on weeknights. I go to the 5:30 class but sometimes it's a rush to get there...it would be great if it was offered later in the evening
