I haven't ridden my bike yet to share if the tune-up was done well, but they seemed very thorough and the gentleman who waited on me was very outgoing and courteous.

The gentleman that worked on my bike was very professional and knowledgeable. I have been to this store a few times and it has always been a good experience.
