My loaf of bread was raw dough in the middle. Yuck.

Food was not fresh--soup served cold out of the fridge and had to warm it up myself. Very unorganized and unprofessional atmosphere. Some advertised foods were not available. Online menu had not been updated. Food taste was nothing great. Will not go back.

When we went they were out of anything we were interested in trying. It was only 1: 30pm. When we go out to eat I also like to have the food taste better than what I can make at home. We didn't think this did. Scones were dry and the soup had a very strong clove flavor
that I didn't enjoy.

No menus?!?! The staff didn't seem to know what they had for hot food or what each item was made of/filled with.

If you are going to release a certificate for "Lunch" items. I would suggest having more items to select from or open the certificate to "any" items. When we went they were out of soup and our only choice was a salad or stuffed buns.
