Horrible experience! We brought our car in at the appointment time and were told by the owner that we were basically lying about the appointment time we were given and there was no way he could fit us in. A fine example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If he plans on contnuing to stay open, he should probably start by putting the customer first!
