I loved it. I am not athletic but had been doing other core strength training for an upcoming breast reduction surgery. After the first class I felt myself becoming more solid in my core, legs and shoulders which has been so helpful after sergury. A+ teachers, equipment and atmosphere. No pressure to go beyond your comfort zone and lots of alternatives for the achy parts. Thank you BE..

Love this class and is the only form of excercise I truly enjoy. I just wish it was more affordable so I could continue with it!
