The staff is incredibly friendly and always very welcoming. The facility is clean, refreshing and very relaxing. I very much look forward to my weekly trip to EcoHealth!

The infrared sauna is awesome! I also had the Migun Massage but wasn't a huge fan. I'm sure some like it more than others. Tip would be just go and enjoy the sauna! It's private and so relaxing.

If you purchase a 10 pack of sessions, they have to ALL be used for either Migun Massage or Sauna. So 10 sauna visits or 10 migun visits. They can't be mixed and matched.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and the spa rooms were very relaxing. AnneLauren gives a wonderful facial. I will definitely return!
