Ashley took time to understand what I was looking for and did a good job making my hIr look better while I'm trying to grow it out a bit.

Ashley is detailed and thorough. She spends several minutes just running her fingers through your hair and scalp to gauge texture and lay of hair. She never puts color or scissors to your hair until you and she discuss preferences, styles, etc. Ashley is FABULOUS! I highly recommend her, to everyone!

Ashley was respectful, polite and sweet. Your salon needs to greet incoming customers more quickly - I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. The magazines by the sofa had food wrappers and drink lids -which made the magazines sticky. The sofa arm rest was also sticky. Ashley was quick in my services. Outcome was very nice even tho it was exactly as I asked for (Chunky dark streaks and I got blended color). I will giver her another try when I am in need as she did do a very nice job on the colors and cut.
