This is not traditional carpet cleaning with a hose, they clean with carpet spray and what looks like a hand buffer. Some spots came back up, so I contacted them and they came back and retreated the carpet at no additional charge.

They did a good job, but never came for the final two lawn mowing sessions. I tried to schedule them, but was not able to.

If you want to speak with them, it is not easy to get to them. Do you want them to come to your home at certain time? Nope, forget it. They will come when they want (convenient for them). I was promised for 3pm, but they came around 7pm on Friday night - I had to cancel dinner with friends.
