She took the time to give me an extremely long color consult, explaining every possible option to me and what it would entail/what she thought would look best on me. This lady knows her stuff. She did a consult, told me how to get my hair healthy enough to get highlights at no charge. Scheduled me for 3 weeks later & she was definately right, my hair did so much better then ever before. Love the color & cut! A little pricey but worth it
