The salon is clean, small but comfortable. My daughter and I both had our haircut and blow done by Chelsea who was attentive to our requests and did a good job. The receptionist/shampoo person was professional and nice. The only negative is that no one amswered the phone when I called to make the appointments . I got a call back at the end if the day to schedule the appointments. I plan to go back and recommend this salon.

When a customer calls you back offer a small service to attempt to rectify the problem. No shine...come in for a deep conditioning treatment. Big deal to customer...little to no cost to salon.
