The Doctor was very professional and expert. However, the woman who performed the microdermabrasion and did the consultation was not truthful. Firstly, it was difficult to find the new location and when I called there was no one to answer the phone.because my call went directly to voice mai, an indication thet they were not prepared to have me there as their first client of the day. It was a 10 AM appointment. I did arrive for this appointment about 10 minutes late and because of this, I had to agree to a shorter treatment ort re-schedule. The reason she gave was because she had a "regular client who could not bwe kept waiting. I finished the treatment and left at 10:47. The "regular client who is always on time " was no where in the office!!!!
