Yes the white clothes looked really dark. They need to be a little more careful. Apart from that they did an amazing job.

They have limited pickup times in Manhattan so don't expect to call and have your laundry picked up later that day. That being said the guy I spoke to and who picked up/dropped off my laundry was very nice, and I was very pleased with the work they did.

Clean My Clothes very attentive with detail from start to finish. Clothes were picked up by a nice gentleman name Garret. Clean my clothes sorted, took pictures and email photos with price. Clothes were dropped off at my convenience. Clean My clothes does not over charge like many other cleaners do. They give a fair price on all garments. I will use them again for all my dry cleaning! Also, items to be launder at times.

They were not very communicative and it took 4 calls to before I someone picked up the phone to schedule a clothing pick-up.
