Staffs are very nice and friendly! I finished my three day cleaning and now back to eating but it helped to withdraw sugars and carbs. Now it's set to default and I'm eating eat clean. This wouldn't work for your weight loss, but fixes bloating and dizziness from eating too much carb are gone. Now I'm eating clean and exercising more. Building my strength!
