I don't think it worked and they were very unorganized.

Their customer service and problem resolution skills stink at best. When my teeth whitening did not go well, leaving my teeth looking worse than before the process because of uneven whitening, they tried everything to weasel out of any responsibility instead of trying to correct the problem they created. All they wanted to do was get rid of me. I do feel that I should add that I went to the office in Hamilton, NJ. Other offices may be much better. When I spoke with their home office, I was met with a far different attitude, one of caring and customer service.
