I have lost a total of 35 pounds since starting with Coach Crooks. He is absolutely a wonderful instructor who makes every workout experience different and challenging. He pushes you to your full potential and beyond allowing you to work at a level you never thought you could do. I HIGHLY recommend working out with Coach Crooks you won't be disappointed.
