- When I called to make an appointment, I was told this treatment could only be done on certain weekdays (M-W, I think). I made a 5:00 Monday appt.
- On that day, the woman called me to ask me if I could come at 5:30 instead.
- When I showed up she had booked another customer (haircut) at the same time so I had to wait.
- This keratin treatment left a lot of residue in my hair. It looks awful.
- She told me after the fact that I could not wash my hair for 4 days. :(
