I have had several injuries in my life which resulted in reoccurring neck pain and a spinal fusion (5 vertebrae in my mid-back). I have seen many professionals (massage therapists, chiropractors and osteopaths) to help elevate the pain over the years. Alex gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. He is very intuitive in the way he works on you. He finds the problematic areas and works his magic. His techniques are not painful, they invite the body to relax and heal. I will definitely be seeing him on a regular basis. Besides all of this he seems to be a really great guy. He also worked on my husband and he feels the same way I do... definitely worth going to!
