Very professional atmosphere. I was very pleased with my full highlights from a Phase 1 student. She took time to understand what I wanted and studied the picture I brought for inspiration. It did take quite a while. I have long hair and it was a full highlight with haircut and blow dry. Took about 4 hours, but I know they are learning and planned accordingly. I would go back and recommend others.
