The parafin wax used on our feet was extremely hot. 3 of us used it and complained but weren't really listened to. They said it was hot because it hadn't been used all day. There should be a way to test the temp or it could cause serious injury to someone. I would never use the parafin again.

I paid for a one hour facial and pedicure. The facial took an hour but somehow between waiting and the pedicure itself, I was there for over 3 hours. Usually a pedicure takes 20 mins.
